Velvafoam Bromate Base Hair Neutraliser is a professional foam neutraliser designed to lock in curls and rebalance the hair after perming. Suitable for all hair types, it helps ensure long-lasting, consistent results while maintaining the hair’s condition.

Directions for use:

1. Rinse perm solution thoroughly and blot excess moisture.
2. Pour 100ml of neutraliser into a bowl and foam using a sponge.
3. Apply two-thirds to wound rods and leave for 5 minutes.
4. Gently unwind rods and apply the remaining neutraliser through lengths and ends.
5. Leave for a further 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly for at least 3 minutes.
6. Style as desired.
