The Velvasilk Colour System is a full range of permanent + Quasi colours designed for the creative mind of the working hairdresser. It comprises of a full range of Naturals, Intense Naturals for resistant white coverage, pure gold's, coppers, reds, mahogany, violet and mocha shades as well as excellent mixtures of these tones, Also included in the range are Ultra- Lift Blondes, Grey Toners and Intensifiers.

The Velvasilk Colour range can be used for both Permanent and Demi:Quasi-permanent colouring. Using the Velva Demi:Quasi system, Velvasilk Colour will produce a 16-20 wash colour, giving the user versatility and a lower inventory of tubes on your shelves.

Conditioning Ingredients

  • Velvasilk is made of a crème base which allows the colouring agents to gain better
  • penetration into the hair’s cortex. The most notable ingredients of that crème are: Silk Protein

Velvalift Créme Developer

Professional Crème Developer

VelvaLift is a gentle crème developer, carefully formulated with a unique blend of oils and waxes to promote even colour absorption, nourish the hair fibre, and protect the scalp from irritation. This stabilised hydrogen peroxide is pH-controlled to deliver consistent, reliable results. Available in a range of volumes/percentages – 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%), and 40 vol (12%) – VelvaLift offers versatility for both everyday and specialist colouring needs.
Suitable for on-scalp application, VelvaLift provides excellent white coverage, vibrant tones, and the desired lift. We advise against the use of heat during processing, as this may cause unpredictable outcomes.

Demi:Quasi Directions

For semi-permanent colour, the Velvasilk range may be combined with VelvaLift Demi:Quasi Developer, achieving results that last up to 16–20 washes. Directions for Demi:Quasi use: Mix 1 part Velvasilk colour with 1 part VelvaLift Demi:Quasi Developer and allow the blend to rest for 5 minutes before application. This creates a non-permanent colour result, best suited for hair with less than 50% white. Velva Pro does not recommend using VelvaLift Demi:Quasi on hair with over 50% white.
